Asure Software, Inc. (Asure) is a provider of Web-based workforce management solutions. It offers two product lines in its software and services business: NetSimplicity and iEmployee. Asure's NetSimplicity product line provides solutions to common office administration problems. NetSimplicity's flagship product, Meeting Room Manager, automates the entire facility scheduling process: reserving rooms, requesting equipment, ordering food, sending invitations, reporting on the meeting environment and more. On October 1, 2011, its wholly owned subsidiary, ADI Software, LLC, purchased all of the assets ADI Time, LLC (Seller) relating to its time and attendance software and management services business. On December 14, 2011, Asure�s wholly owned subsidiary, Asure Legiant, LLC, purchased all of the assets of WG Ross Corp., doing business as Legiant, relating to its cloud computing time and attendance software and management services. On July 5, 2012, it acquired PeopleCube.
