Birner Dental Management Services, Inc. is a dental business service organization. The Company is engaged in servicing geographically dense dental practice networks in select markets, including Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. The Company has 46 affiliated dental practices (Offices) in Colorado and 10 in New Mexico. As of December 31, 2011, the Company provided business services to 64 Offices, of which 38 were acquired and 26 were developed internally (de novo Offices). It provides a solution to the needs of dentists, patients and third-party payors by allowing the Company's dentists to provide dental care in family practice settings. Dentists practicing at the various locations provide general dentistry services, and it offers specialty dental services through affiliated specialists at some of its locations. The Company uses the PERFECT TEETH name in the markets it operates.
