Description
Manufactures processing systems used primarily by the electronics industry. The company's wafer processing systems perform chemical vapour deposition (CVD), diffusion, annealing and oxidation steps in the manufacture of integrated circuits. The systems feature microprocessor based direct digital processors, UNIX-based data management software and automated wafer handling equipment.
