Broadway Financial Corporation (Broadway Financial) is a savings and loan holding company that operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Broadway Federal Bank, f.s.b (the Bank). The Bank is a community-oriented savings institution offering of financial services. The Bank�s principal business consists of attracting retail deposits from the general public in the areas surrounding of its branch offices and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations and borrowings, primarily in multi-family mortgage loans, commercial real estate loans and one to four-family mortgage loans. Its retail banking network includes full-service banking offices, automated teller machines and Internet banking. It has four banking offices in Los Angeles, one banking office located in the city of Inglewood and two loan production offices in the cities of Irvine and Torrance.
