The Company�s business operations are conducted through its wholly-owned subsidiaries BVI-ACM and China-ACMH, and its variable interest entity Xin Ao. The Company engages in the production of construction materials for infrastructure, commercial and residential developments. The Company is primarily focused on engineering, producing, servicing, delivering and pumping a range of ready-mix concrete materials for construction projects. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company operate in four segments: selling concrete, manufacturing concrete, providing technical support services and other services, which include mixer rental, sales of materials and marketing cooperation.
