The Company operates and franchises full-service Mexican-theme restaurants featuring various elements associated with the casual dining experience under the names Casa Ole, Monterey’s Tex-Mex Cafe, Monterey’s Little Mexico, Tortuga Coastal Cantina, La Senorita and Crazy Jose’s. The Company also operates a burrito fast casual concept under the name Mission Burrito. It operates 61 restaurants, franchise 18 restaurants and license one restaurant in various communities across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Michigan. The full-service menus feature a variety of traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex selections, complemented by its original Mexican-based recipes. The Mission Burrito restaurants offer freshly made burritos, tacos, quesadillas, soups, salads, and chips with guacamole and/or chili con queso.
