Description

Century Aluminum Company (Century) is a holding company engaged in the production of primary aluminum. Century’s primary aluminum facilities include Grundartangi, Iceland (Grundartangi) with capacity of 294,000 tons per year (tpy); Hawesville, Kentucky, (Hawesville) with capacity of 250,000 tpy; Robards, Kentucky (Sabree) with a capacity of 205,000 tpy; Mt. Holly, South Carolina (Mt. Holly) with a capacity of 229,000 tpy; Ravenswood, West Virginia (Ravenswood) with a capacity of 170,000 tpy, and Helguvik, Iceland (Helguvik) facility. The primary aluminum facilities produce standard grade and value-added primary aluminum products. The Company’s annualized primary aluminum production capacity is approximately 1,033,000 tpy. The Company produced approximately 777,000 tons of primary aluminum.
