China Gerui Advanced Materials Group Limited (China Gerui) is a holding company and all of its active business operations are conducted by its indirect, operating subsidiary, Henan Green. It is a contract manufacturer of cold-rolled narrow strip steel products. The Company converts steel manufactured by third parties into thin steel sheets and strips according to its customers� specifications. China Gerui produces precision cold-rolled steel products, with thicknesses starting from 0.05 millimeters, width up to 600 millimeters and tolerance +/- 0.003 millimeters. The Company sells its products to domestic Chinese customers who operate in the food and industrial packaging, construction and household decorations materials, electrical appliances, and telecommunications wires and cables industries. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five series and over 20 types of strip steel products.
