CNinsure Inc. (CNinsure) is an independent insurance intermediary company operating in China. The Company had 46,038 sales professionals, 1,367 claims adjustors and 533 sales and service outlets operating in 23 provinces as of April 8, 2011. The Company distributes to customers in China a variety of property, casualty and life insurance products underwritten by domestic and foreign insurance companies operating in China and provides insurance claims adjusting services, such as damage assessment, survey, authentication and loss estimation. As of November 1, 2010, the Company held 65.1% interest in InsCom Holding Limited (InsCom Holding), which beneficially owned 100% of the equity interest in Shenzhen InsCom E-commerce Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen InsCom). In September 2010, it acquired an additional 46% interest in Shenyang Fangda Insurance Agency Co., Ltd.
