Calumet Specialty Products Partners, L.P. is a producer of specialty hydrocarbon products in North America. The Company�s plants are located in Louisiana, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. It operates in two segments: specialty products and fuel products. In its specialty products segment, it processes crude oil and other feedstocks into a range of customized lubricating oils, white mineral oils, solvents, petrolatums and waxes. Its specialty products are sold to domestic and international customers who purchase them as raw material components for basic industrial, consumer and automotive goods. In its fuel products segment, it processes crude oil into a range of fuel and fuel-related products, including gasoline, diesel and jet fuel. In connection with its production of specialty products and fuel products, it also produces asphalt and a range of other by-products. On July 3, 2012, the Company acquired Royal Purple, Inc.
