CoBiz Financial Inc. (CoBiz) is a diversified financial services company. Its wholly owned subsidiary CoBiz Bank (the Bank) is a full-service business banking institution serving two markets, Colorado and Arizona. In Colorado, the Bank operates under the name Colorado Business Bank and has 12 locations, including nine in the Denver metropolitan area, one in Boulder and two in the Vail area. In Arizona, the Bank operates under the name Arizona Business Bank and has six locations serving the Phoenix metropolitan area and the surrounding area of Maricopa County. It operates in five segments: Commercial Banking, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, Corporate Support and Other. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had total assets of $2.4 billion, net loans of $1.6 billion and deposits of $1.9 billion.
