Description

Columbia Sportswear Company (Columbia) is an outdoor and active lifestyle apparel and footwear company. The Company designs, sources, markets and distributes active outdoor apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment under the Columbia, Mountain Hardwear, Sorel, prAna and Montrail brands. It develops and manages its merchandise in two categories: apparel, accessories and equipment, and footwear. Its products are sold through a mix of wholesale distribution channels, independent distributors, and its own direct-to-consumer channels. In addition, the Company licenses some of its trademarks across a range of apparel, footwear, accessories and equipment. The products serve a range of consumers, including skiers and mountain climbers, winter outdoor enthusiasts, hunting and fishing enthusiasts, endurance trail runners and outdoor-inspired consumers.
