It is known as the Hallmark Channel and the Hallmark Movie Channel. The Hallmark Channel is an around-the-clock television destination for family-friendly programming and engaged in the production of original movies. The Hallmark Movie Channel is an around-the-clock cable network offering viewers a collection of movies appropriate for the entire family. The Hallmark Movie Channel offers a mix of Hallmark Channel original movies, classical theatrical films, and Hallmark Hall of Fame presentations. The Company�s wholly owned subsidiary, Crown Media United States, LLC, owns, operates and distributes the Networks. As of December 31, 2011, it distributes Hallmark Channel through approximately 5,369 cable, satellite and other pay television distribution systems and Hallmark Movie Channel through approximately 2,680 such systems.
