Description

Crown Media Holdings, Inc. owns and operates pay television networks. The Company offers a range of entertainment programming, including original series, lifestyle programming and talk shows, popular television series, movies, miniseries, theatricals, romances, literary classics, and contemporary stories. The Company’s Hallmark Channel features television series, such as Golden Girls, The Middle and Frasier, as well as original series, such as Cedar Cove and When Calls the Heart. It also features lifestyle programming featuring Home and Family. The Company’s Hallmark Movies and Mysteries focuses on broadcasting programming of the mystery genre, including original movies, movie franchises and series and also offers the content provided under the Hallmark Movie Channel brand. It distributes Hallmark Channel through approximately 5,245 cable, satellite and other pay television distribution systems and Hallmark Movies and Mysteries through around 3,892 such systems.
