As of May 31, 2012, Cintas had approximately 7,800 local delivery routes, 429 operational facilities and eight distribution centers. During the fiscal year ended May 31, 2012, the Company acquired two Uniform Rental and Ancillary Products operating segment businesses, two First Aid, Safety and Fire Protection Services operating segment businesses and four Document Management Services operating segment businesses.
