CTI Industries Corporation is a developer, manufacturer and supplier of flexible film products. The Company provides design, engineering and production for flexible film products. The Company had developed, designed, and produced a number of products utilizing flexible films, including novelty foil balloons, pouches for food and home storage, specialty films for packaging and film products for medical applications. The produces, markets and sells four lines of products, such as novelty products, flexible containers, flexible films and specialty film products. Its novelty products are balloons, including foil balloons, latex balloons, punch balls and other inflatable toy items. Its flexible containers are for home and consumer use for the storage and preservation of food and personal items. Its flexible films are for food and other packaging and commercial applications. Its specialty film products are designed for various applications, including for medical uses.
