Description

Daktronics, Inc. is a supplier of electronic scoreboards, large electronic display systems and related marketing services, digital messaging solutions, software and services for sporting, commercial and transportation applications. The Company offers a line of products, from small indoor and outdoor scoreboards and electronic displays to large video displays systems, as well as related control, timing, sound and hoist systems and related professional services. It is engaged in a range of activities, such as marketing and sales, engineering and product development, manufacturing, technical contracting, professional services and customer service and support. Its business is organized into five business units. The business units consist of four domestic business units that include the United States and Canada-Commercial, Live Events, Schools and Theatres, and Transportation and a fifth business unit for all international operations.
