Description

Digital Ally, Inc. (Digital Ally) produces digital video imaging and storage products for use in law enforcement, security and commercial applications. The Company�s products make video and audio recordings onto flash memory cards that are incorporated in the body of the digital video rear view mirror, officer-worn video and audio system and flashlight. Digital Ally sells its products to law enforcement agencies and other security organizations, consumer and commercial fleet operators through direct sales and third-party distributors. The Company's products are in-car digital video rear view mirror designed for law enforcement vehicles and commercial fleets, such as ambulances and taxis; weather-resistant and rugged mobile digital video recording systems designed for use in motorcycles, all terrain vehicles and boats, and a miniature digital video system designed to be worn on a individual's body, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2011, it launched event recorders.
