Digital Ally sells its products to law enforcement agencies and other security organizations, consumer and commercial fleet operators through direct sales and third-party distributors. The Company's products are in-car digital video rear view mirror designed for law enforcement vehicles and commercial fleets, such as ambulances and taxis; weather-resistant and rugged mobile digital video recording systems designed for use in motorcycles, all terrain vehicles and boats, and a miniature digital video system designed to be worn on a individual's body, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2011, it launched event recorders.
