Dial Global, Inc., Formerly Westwood One, Inc. is an independent, full-service network radio company. As of December 31, 2011, the Company distributed, produced, and/or syndicated programming and services to more than 8,500 radio stations nationwide, including representing/selling audio content of third-party producers. The Company produces and / or distribute over 200 news, sports, music, talks and entertainment radio programs, services and digital applications, as well as audio content from live events, turn-key music formats, prep services, jingles and imaging. The Company has no operations outside the United States, but sells to customers outside of the United States. In addition to its programming, its content and services provided through its TM Studios include prep services, music libraries, radio and television (TV) station imaging packages, production music, jingles and its digital properties. In February 2012 the Company launched www.goradio.com, a radio magazine.
