During the year ended December 31, 2011, approximately 26% of its parts are consisted of parts and fasteners, which were original equipment dealer exclusive items at the time of their introduction. During 2011, these dealer exclusive parts represented 63% of its net sales. During 2011, approximately 79% of its products were sold under its brand names and the remainder is sold for resale under customers� private labels, other brands or in bulk. Its products are sold in the United States through automotive aftermarket retailers; national, regional and local warehouse distributors, and specialty markets and salvage yards.
