(AMD) motherboard based servers for sale to OEMs and channel assemblers. The Company�s memory products are sold worldwide to OEMs, distributors, value-added resellers and end users. The Company has one leased manufacturing facility in the United States with sales offices in the United States, Europe and Japan.
