Description

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (DXP) is engaged in the business of distributing maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) products, equipment and service to industrial customers. The Company operates in three segments: Service Centers, Innovative Pumping Solutions (IPS) and Supply Chain Services (SCS). In December 2010, the Company acquired D&F Distributors, Inc. In October 2011, the Company acquired Kenneth Crosby (KC). In January 2012, the Company acquired C.W. Rod Tool Company. In February 2012, the Company acquired all the assets of Mid-Continent Safety, LLC, a distributor of safety products in the Midwest. In April 2012, it acquired Pump & Power Equipment, Inc., Aledco, Inc. and Force Engineered Products, Inc. In May 2012, the Company acquired Industrial Paramedic Services, a provider of industrial medical and clinical services to industrial clients operating in remote locations and facilities in Western Canada. In July 2012, the Company acquired HSE Integrated Ltd.
