Description

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (DXP) is a products and services distributor company. The Company is engaged in the business of distributing maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) products, equipment and service to industrial customers. The Company is organized into three business segments: Service Centers, Supply Chain Services (SCS) and Innovative Pumping Solutions (IPS). The Service Centers segment provides MRO products, equipment and services, including logistics to industrial customers. The Supply Chain Services segment manages all or part of a customer's supply chain, including warehouse and inventory management. Innovative Pumping Solutions segment provides source for engineering, systems design and fabrication. The Company offers key product categories, which include rotating equipment, bearings and power transmission products, industrial supplies, metal working products, safety products and services.
