Exceed Company Ltd. (Exceed) is engaged in the design, develop and wholesale footwear, apparel and accessories under the Xidelong brand name. The Company�s primary footwear is running footwear. The Company has three principal categories of products, including footwear, which mainly consists of running, leisure, basketball, skateboarding, canvas, tennis and outdoor footwear; apparel, which mainly consists of sports tops, pants, jackets, track suits, and coats and accessories, which mainly consists of bags, socks, hats and caps. The Company distributes its products mainly through Xidelong retail selling locations, including Xidelong retail stores, which sell its products exclusively, department store concessionary counters and stores-within-stores. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had 22 distributors operated 4,844 Xidelong retail selling locations.
