Description

EnerNOC, Inc. (EnerNOC) is a provider of energy management applications, services and products for the smart grid, which include comprehensive demand response, data-driven energy efficiency, energy price and risk management and enterprise carbon management applications, services and products. As of December 31, 2011, the Company managed over 7,100 megawatts of demand response capacity across a commercial, institutional and industrial customer base of approximately 4,900 accounts and 11,400 sites throughout multiple electric power grids. The Company�s customers are commercial, institutional and industrial end-users of energy, as well as electric power grid operators and utilities. On January 3, 2011, the Company acquired Global Energy Partners, Inc. On January 25, 2011, the Company acquired M2M Communications, a provider of wireless technology solutions for energy management and demand response. On July 1, 2011, it acquired Energy Response Pty Ltd.
