Description

The Ensign Group, Inc. provides skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services, home health, home care, hospice care, assisted living and urgent care services. The Company operates in two segments: transitional, skilled and assisted living services (TSA services) and home health and hospice services. The TSA services segment includes the operation of skilled nursing facilities and assisted and independent living facilities. The home health and hospice services segment includes its home health, home care and hospice businesses. It operates around 136 facilities, 12 home health and 11 hospice operations, one home care business, one transitional care management company, 14 urgent care centers and a mobile x-ray and diagnostic company, located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa and Wisconsin, among others. Its subsidiaries provide a spectrum of healthcare services, including skilled nursing, assisted living, home health and hospice, mobile ancillary, and urgent care services.
