FuelCell Energy, Inc., integrated fuel cell company. The Company designs, manufactures, sells, installs, operates and services ultra-clean, stationary fuel cell power plants for distributed baseload power generation. The Company’s power plants offer scalable on-site power and utility grid support, helping customers solve their energy, environmental and business challenges. The Company provides power generation solutions to its customers including installation of the power plants as well as operating and maintaining the plants. The Company’s customer base includes electric utility companies, municipalities, universities, government entities and businesses in a variety of commercial and industrial enterprises. The Company’s core fuel cell products (Direct FuelCell) offer 2.8 MW DFC3000, the 1.4 MW DFC1500 and the 300 kW DFC300. The Company provides product solution in three areas, namely Direct FuelCell power plants, Solid Oxide fuel cell power plants and Distributed hydrogen generation.
