First Clover Leaf Financial Corp. (First Clover Leaf) is a non-diversified unitary savings and loan holding company. First Clover Leaf Bank (the Bank) is the Company�s subsidiary, which is a federal savings bank. First Clover Leaf conducts its business through its four branch offices located in Edwardsville and Wood River, Illinois. In June 2011, the Company opened a Loan Production Office in Highland, Illinois. The Company�s business consists of attracting retail deposits from the general public in the areas surrounding its office locations and investing those deposits, together with funds generated from operations, primarily in one- to four-family residential real estate loans, multi-family real estate loans, commercial real estate loans, construction and land loans, commercial business loans and consumer loans, and in investment securities. As of December 31, 2011, it had total consolidated assets of $562.7 million, net loans of $387.6 million, total deposits of $414.8 million.
