Description

Frequency Electronics, Inc. (Frequency Electronics), is a provider of precision time and frequency technology, which is employed in commercial, government, command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, security and reconnaissance (C4ISR) and other military electronic systems. The Company operates in three segments: FEI-NY, Gillam-FEI, and FEI-Zyfer. Its technology is used for a range of terrestrial and space applications. The Company�s FEI-NY segment, which operates out of the Company�s New York headquarters facility also includes the operations of the Company�s wholly owned subsidiaries, FEI-Asia and FEI-Elcom. The Gillam-FEI segment operates out of Belgium and France and designs, develops and manufactures products for wireline and network synchronization. The primary business of the FEI-Zyfer segment, which operates out of California, is the design and manufacture of products, which incorporate global positioning system (GPS) technologies.
