The Company provides test preparation services for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), on a nationwide basis in the People�s Republic of China. As of June 30, 2010, its learning center network consisted of 66 directly operated and 226 franchised learning centers, including 118 Global test preparation learning centers, 69 of which are franchised, in 59 cities, covering all cities with IELTS test centers in the People�s Republic of China. In December 2011, Global Education merged with Pearson plc.
