Chart has developed cryogenic systems and equipment. The Company's products, including vacuum insulated containment vessels, heat exchangers, cold boxes and other cryogenic components, are used in the liquid gas supply chain for the purification, liquefaction, distribution, storage and end-use of hydrocarbon and industrial gases. The Company operates in three segments: Energy & Chemicals, Distribution and Storage and BioMedical. On August 1, 2011, Chart acquired GOFA Gocher Fahrzeugbau GmbH. On April 1, 2011, the Company acquired Clever Fellows Innovation Consortium, Inc.
