Hallmark Financial Services, Inc. (Hallmark) is an insurance holding company. The Company is engaged in the sale of property/casualty insurance products to businesses and individuals. It operates through five business units: Standard Commercial P&C business unit, which offers standard commercial insurance and occupational accident insurance; Workers Compensation business unit, which is engaged in small and middle market workers compensation business, E&S Commercial business unit, which offers commercial insurance products and services in the excess and surplus lines market; Hallmark Select business unit, which offers general aviation insurance and medical professional liability insurance products and services, low and middle market commercial umbrella and excess liability insurance, and satellite launch insurance products, and Personal Lines business unit, which offers non-standard personal automobile insurance and complementary personal insurance products and services.
