Craft Brewers Alliance, Inc. (CBA) produces a variety of specialty craft beers using traditional European and American brewing methods, hops, malted barley, wheat, rye and other natural ingredients. The Company’s beers are divided into three primary brand families: Widmer Brothers Beers, Redhook Beers and Kona Brewing. The Company also has brewing, sales and marketing relationships with the Kona Brewery LLC. It owns and operates three production brewing facilities: Portland, Oregon, Woodinville, Washington and Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
