Hutchinson Technology Incorporated (HTI) is a global technology manufacturer. The Company is a supplier of suspension assemblies for hard disk drives. The Company operates in two segments: the Disk Drive Components Division and the BioMeasurement Division. Its Disk Drive Components Division is a global supplier of suspension assemblies for hard disk drives. Suspension assemblies are electro-mechanical components that hold a disk drive�s read/write head at microscopic distances above the drive�s disks. Its BioMeasurement Division is focused on bringing technologies and products to the market that provide information clinicians. InSpectra StO2 devices provide clinicians the ability to detect changes in a patient�s perfusion status, and help in the early detection of hypoperfusion to enable assessment of oxygen delivery to vital organs and tissue in critical care settings.
