Description

Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (Heartland) is a multi-bank holding company. Heartland conducts its community banking business through 10 bank subsidiaries. Heartland, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in making loans to and accepting deposits from businesses and individuals. The Bank Subsidiaries provide a range of commercial and consumer banking services to businesses and individuals. These activities include credit and deposit products along with investment management, trust, retirement plan services, and brokerage and investment services. Its lending and investment activities are funded primarily by core deposits. Its various Deposit products include checking and other demand deposit accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposits and other time deposits. The Company has around 86 banking locations in 63 communities. Wisconsin Bank & Trust, Heartland's Wisconsin banking subsidiary, operates in 19 locations in the eastern Wisconsin area.
