Jewett-Cameron Trading Company Ltd. is a holding company for Jewett-Cameron Lumber Corporation (JCLC). The wholly owned subsidiaries of JCLC include MSI-PRO Co. (MSI), Jewett-Cameron Seed Company (JCSC) and Greenwood Products, Inc. (Greenwood). It operates in four segments: industrial wood products; lawn, garden, pet and other; seed processing and sales, and industrial tools and clamps. Its industrial wood products segment reflects the business conducted by Greenwood. Greenwood is a processor and distributor of industrial wood products. The lawn, garden, pet and other segment reflects the business of JCLC, which is a wholesaler of wood products and a manufacturer and distributor of specialty metal products. The seed processing and sales segment reflects the business of JCSC, which processes and distributes agricultural seed. The industrial tools and clamps segment reflects the business of MSI.
