It offers design, marketing services, content transformation services, systems integration and broadcast engineering services to complement its KIT Platform software. Its solutions includes the delivery of IP video software solutions, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) fees, software usage fees, enterprise license fees, set-up/support services, storage, hardware components, content delivery and content syndication. In June 2012, the Company acquired assets from Hyro Limited (Hyro). In July 2012, the Company divested its content solutions business to Content Solutions International NV.
