KSW, Inc. (KSW) furnishes and installs heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and process piping systems for institutional, industrial, commercial, high-rise residential and public works projects. The Company also serves as a mechanical trade manager, performing project management services relating to the mechanical trades. KSW conducts operations through its wholly owned subsidiary, KSW Mechanical Services, Inc. (KSW Mechanical). The Company�s institutional projects include Mount Sinai Center for Science and Medicine, Blythedale Children�s Hospital and the Morgan Stanley Children�s Hospital of New York Pediatric Emergency Department Renovation. The Company is also working on public projects, such as the World Trade Center Chiller Plant and several projects at Brookhaven National Laboratories. The Company is also installing the HVAC systems at a hotel/luxury apartment project in Manhattan.
