KVH Industries, Inc. (KVH) is a manufacturer of solutions that provide global high-speed Internet, television, and voice services via satellite to mobile users at sea, on land, and in the air. The Company is also is a manufacturer of sensors and integrated inertial systems for defense and commercial guidance and stabilization applications. It sells mobile communications products and airtime services, including the TracVision, TracPhone, and CommBox systems and mini-VSAT Broadband airtime, through an international network of distributors and retailers worldwide. In February 2011, it introduced a new addition to its mini-VSAT Broadband-compatible antenna family, the 14.5-inch diameter TracPhone V3. It also introduced a new dual-mode product, the TracPhone V11, which transmits and receives both C and Ku-band signals from its mini-VSAT Broadband network. In July 2014, the Company acquired Videotel, producer of training films and e-Learning services for commercial maritime industry.
