Lakes Entertainment, Inc. (Lakes) acquired Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort, through its wholly owned subsidiary Evitts Resort, LLC, on August 3, 2012. The Company owns the Rocky Gap Lodge & Golf Resort, which is near Cumberland, Maryland. Lakes has a management agreement with the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians to manage the Red Hawk Casino. Lakes has an investment in Rock Ohio Ventures, LLC�s casino developments in Ohio. Its projects include Caesars Cleveland, Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati, Horseshoe Casino Cleveland, Rocky Gap Casino Resort, Thistledown Racetrack & Casino, and Red Hawk Casino. As of November 15, 2012, Horseshoe Casino Cleveland consisted of 2,100 slots and tables; Rocky Gap Casino Resort had 215 hotel rooms, multiple restaurants, the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course in Maryland, spa, gift shop and several outdoor recreational activities, and Red Hawk Casino consisted of 2,100 slot machines, 75 table games, a poker room and five restaurants.
