Description

Lawson Products, Inc. (Lawson) is a North American distributor of products and services to the industrial, commercial, institutional, and governmental maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) marketplace. The Company also manufactures and distributes production and specialized component parts to the original equipment marketplace (OEM) including the aerospace, off-road equipment, military and oil and gas exploration industries. It offers over 300,000 different products for sale of which approximately 60,000 products are maintained in inventory. During the year ended December 31, 2011, sales through its MRO segment represented 95% of its total net sales. The Company�s subsidiary includes Automatic Screw Machine Products Company (ASMP). As of December 31, 2011, ASMP accounted for approximately 5% of its net sales.
