Description

Linn Energy, LLC, is an independent oil and natural gas company. The Company is focused to acquire, develop and maximize cash flow from a growing portfolio of long-life oil and natural gas assets. Company’s proved reserves at December 31, 2013, were approximately 6,403 Bcfe, of which approximately 34% were oil, 47% were natural gas and 19% were natural gas liquids (“NGL”). Approximately 68% were classified as proved developed. At December 31, 2013, the Company operated 14,594 or 74% of its 19,810 gross productive wells and had an average proved reserve-life index of approximately 16 years. The company is also focused on reducing cash flow volatility through hedging. The total net electrical generation capacity of the Company’s three cogeneration facilities, which are centrally located on certain of the Company’s oil producing properties, was approximately 93 MW as of December 31, 2013.
