Description

LMI Aerospace, Inc. (LMI Aerospace) is a provider of design engineering services, structural assemblies, kits and components to the aerospace, defense and technology markets. The Company operates in two segments: Aerostructures and Engineering Services. The Company provides a range of manufacturing capabilities, as well as engineering and value-added services to the commercial, corporate and regional, and military aircraft markets. It also provide prototyping, testing and design capabilities to customers in support of new product development and in-service aircraft. The Company is a supplier to aircraft original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier I aerospace suppliers. In addition to aerospace products, it produces components and assemblies for laser equipment and ProWall engineered reusable containers for commercial, industrial and military applications. In August 2012, the Company acquired TASS Inc. On December 28, 2012, the Company acquired Valent Aerostructures, LLC.
