The Company, through its subsidiaries, offers a range of banking, fiduciary and investment management services to both individuals and small businesses. The Company operates in three principal business activities: commercial and retail banking services, wealth management services, and mortgage banking services. Middleburg Bank offers various secured and unsecured consumer loans, including unsecured personal loans and lines of credit, automobile loans, deposit account loans, installment and demand loans. Middleburg Investment Group is a non-bank holding company. It has one wholly-owned subsidiary, Middleburg Trust Company.
