Medidata Solutions, Inc. (Medidata) is a global provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS), clinical technology solutions. Medidata offers Medidata Rave, is a platform that integrates electronic data capture (EDC), with a clinical data management system (CDMS), in a solution that replaces traditional paper-based methods of capturing and managing clinical data.
