On September 30, 2011, the Company acquired Celesco Transducer Products Inc. In November 2011, the Company acquired Timesquest Limited. On April 2, 2012, it acquired the assets of Cosense, Inc. On October 1, 2012, it acquired the assets of Resistance Temperature Detector Company, Inc. (RTD) and its parent company Cambridge Technologies, Inc. (collectively with RTD). On July 8, 2011, it acquired Eureka Environmental, Inc. and on October 31, 2011, it acquired Gentech International Limited.
