The Company's business is divided into six segments: Commercial, Public Sector, Radiology Benefits Management, Specialty Pharmaceutical Management, Medicaid Administration and Corporate. The Company's Specialty Pharmaceutical Management segment had contracts with 41 health plans and several pharmaceutical manufacturers and state Medicaid programs as of December 31, 2011.
