Description

Manitex International, Inc. is a provider of engineered lifting solutions. The Company operates in two business segments: the Lifting Equipment segment and the Equipment Distribution segment. Under the Lifting Equipment segment, the Company designs, manufactures and distributes a diverse group of products that serve different functions and are used in a variety of industries. Through its subsidiary, Manitex, Inc. (Manitex), it markets a line of boom trucks and sign cranes. Its Equipment Distribution segment is a distributor of Terex rough terrain and truck cranes, Manitex boom trucks, and sign cranes. The Equipment Distribution segment also supplies a variety of repair parts for a variety of medium to heavy duty construction equipment sold both domestically and internationally.
