Description

Manitex International, Inc. is engaged in providing engineered lifting solutions. The Company operates in two segments: Lifting Equipment segment and Equipment Distribution segment. The Company, in its Lifting Equipment segment, designs, manufactures and distributes a group of products that serve different functions and are used in a variety of industries. Through its subsidiary, Manitex, Inc., the Company markets a line of boom trucks and sign cranes. Manitex�s boom trucks and crane products are primarily used for industrial projects, energy exploration and infrastructure development, including roads, bridges and commercial construction. The Company, in its Equipment Distribution segment, operates a crane dealership located in Bridgeview, Illinois that distributes Terex rough terrain and truck cranes, Fuchs material handlers, and Manitex boom trucks and sky cranes.
